One such initiative is our recently introduced kerbside pickup option. With kerbside pickup, you can skip the delivery charges and pick up online orders kerbside, from the Holmes Mill car park.
How does kerbside pickup work?
As an alternative to having your shopping delivered to your home, you can use our kerbside pickup service to buy items online and have them brought out to your car.
When you arrive at Holmes Mill, call us on 01200 407130 and one of our colleagues will assist you with your order . All in all, it's a great way to reduce delivery costs and minimise person-to-person interactions without compromising on convenience or flexibility.
Here is an overview of how our kerbside pickup experience works:
Place an order on Bowland Food Hall Shop and pay online as you normally would.
Once we receive your order, our personal shoppers will begin preparing it ready for collection.
We'll email you when it’s ready for pickup and provide any other relevant instructions (such as our opening hours and phone number to call when you arrive).
You then come to pick up your order.
That’s it, you're done!
Collections are available Monday - Sunday. Same day collections are available for orders placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 will usually be available to collect the following day.
A confirmation email will notify you when your delivery is available for collection. No minimum spend applies.
